A message dated March 24 was read stating the Senate passed CSHB
(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 235(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to allocations of funding for the Alaska                                                                  
     Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an effective
